Heinrich Schiller

Since more than 35 year, Heinrich Schiller, a born Franconian is working as a gun maker.

After attending the occupational polytechnic in Ferlach, Austria, and successful finishing the apprenticeship examination, Heinrich worked for the trade as a journeyman, in which he was employed for international known companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.

During this time, Heinrich Schiller obtained valuable experience on working on noble shotguns and hunting rifles of famous gun makers like Boss, Purdey, Woodward and others. After absolving his master gun maker examination in Ehingen near Ulm, Southern Germany, he worked as the technical manager responsible for the manufacture of round body-actions of the Scottish Company Dickson until 1991.

Since 1992, Heinrich Schiller has his own gun building business including a shop in his Franconian hometown of Leutershausen, Germany. Here he is building custom made rifles based on either Mauser or Sako bolt actions, together with his team of dedicated craftsmen. All stocks are made entirely in his shop floor, a feature not seen too often at the competitors.

Due to his expertise and comprehensive know-how, Heinrich Schiller has secured himself a permanent place among the makers of fine hunting guns.
